I stopped counting the number of times I was SAed at the Dom but either way, they are both nasty, loud dive bars. The only ambiance is “we don’t clean our bathrooms.”
when someone is coming to Ottawa and they ask for a quiet place with nice ambiance for a drink, suggesting the Laff and the Dom is honestly gross and smacks of privilege but go off.
