The latest changes include:
- Updates to the menu incl. improved video settings
- Controller support has been improved
- Monster footstep sounds and reverb effects from SkacikPLs Q2RTX fork have been ported
- Playing long sound samples works now
+ lots of other bugfixes

honestly though, these games are a bit too long for their own good.
I`ve never finished JRPGs in my life until this year. I've finished Phantasy Star 1 on the Sega Master System and Final Fantasy 7 remake (part 1) on the PS4. Both were pretty good though I'm not sure how one is supposed to reach the end of Phantasy Star without a game guide.
