@DeltaWye see this shows my lack of experience when it comes to generators BUT...
Isn't this essentially what different grid generators do? Is it just because it's a pain in the ass when the generators are this small?
The other interesting part I'm thinking about is I know compressors are very often ran in a lead/lag configuration with the larger compressor being the preferred one for running and the smaller one making up the shortfall...
Is this just one of those things where you can point to a bunch of similar-sounding examples, but when it comes to engineering this SPECIFIC thing, it's a huge pain in the ass? If you're not allowed to regen out to the grid I could certainly see it being a nightmare...

@DeltaWye to be fair, getting WAY less than the advertised speed (even after switching to broadband) was my experience until like the past 5 years.
I have never lived somewhere with fiber Internet and I hate our fake-ass country for it
@DeltaWye we had 56k but I think the most throughout we ever got out of it was about 1k 😡
@gsuberland honestly I start seeing red when people say impedance to me, but that's because they always end up meaning RESISTANCE and the capacitive and inductive elements they are completely not thinking about do matter and they're getting mad at me when I insist we address them.
Oh noooo, how ever could our drive be failing in ground fault. It couldn't be the 500ft THHN runs coming directly out of the load side and running through flooded underground conduit, without a load reactor let alone a DV/dt Filter.
