And of course, to my unstoppable wife and favorite woman of all time @alicia_robaina, who fills our family with love, inspires and supports me in my craziest ventures, and still finds time to undertake new projects at her company @centroacuerda. I 💜 you! #InternationalWomensDay
Also, big thanks to organizations like @adalovedev (our local #womenintech community) and the extra effort that their members do for teaching our dev communities to become more inclusive. #InternationalWomensDay

“The old Pivotal haiku of "Here is my code. Run it in the cloud. I do not care how" is still the most powerful value-driven message I've ever heard in my 34 years in the industry.”

Decision-making in distributed and autonomous teams is not always easy. Jeff Bezos coined the terms "one-way" and "two-way" doors to help to identify when it makes sense to escalate or commit to certain decisions https://medium.com/the-theam-journey/making-and-escalating-decisions-as-a-distributed-team-762e6769db68

Rocket to the Cloud

Rocket to the Cloud is a new interview series, presented by the Booster platform, an open-source initiative by The Agile Monkeys, where hosts Nick and Mario interview leaders and decision-makers in software development from many different organizations. Our guests share their experiences and what went into their decision-making process when innovating and dealing with complex business and technology problems, focusing on modern web technologies and cloud architectures. This interview series aims to inspire senior software engineers to embrace the cloud and boost their innovation.

There’s a bit of overlap between the infra side of @boostthecloud and @goserverless, but our goal is far from replacing it. We solve different problems, and it would make sense to use both in some projects https://github.com/boostercloud/booster/discussions/613
