De Jopenkerk is a gorgeous microbrewery built into an old church (formerly Vestekerk, 1910). Jopen is a beer originally from Haarlem in the 1400s that was not made for centuries until almost 30 years ago when the recipe was re-discovered. Now you can buy their microbrews here and in grocery stores. De Jopenkerk opened in 2010.
