I had a very surreal experience today when someone tweeted me a picture of my book inside the World Football Exhibition in the Khalifa Stadium at the #WorldCup in Qatar.

The book was released in 2019 and is a solo effort that has sold a little under 1000 copies (still available for Xmas if you're into football's quirkier corners!). I have no idea how it ended up in this kind of location.

If anyone somehow does know the story, please let me know, I'm intrigued! More than a little pleased!

I did the Irish citizenship ceremony in 2019 and it was beautiful, really meaningful to me. I'm proud to be a citizen of the country I've spent 70% of my adult life living in, and I hope I contribute here.

I spoke to Blossoms' Tom Ogden ahead of their Olympia Theatre show this week.

Loads of ground covered here, taking in imposter syndrome, changing writing style after marriage, and the emotion of playing the first big show back after UK lockdown.
