@jerbear @SmolSelkie Books at costco have always been a bit weird. Sort of like an expanded readers digest section of non-fiction. They’ve carried some solid cookbooks though, ottolenghi’s books, kenji alt Lopez’s books, and a King Arthur compendium for example.
FWIW I saw at least one bag of dried mangos at Linwood costco last weekend.
