@support Hello! I hope you can clarify some things regarding element.infosec.exchange. When I initially created my Matrix account I chose the 'use infosec.excange' option. This logs in successfully. It seems as if this auth option doesn't have a password, and any setting changes that require a password to edit doesn't succeed with my infosec.exchange password. If I forgot I created a password and didn't record it, I can't send a password reset email, because it doesn't recognize my infosec.excange email as a valid reset email, but I can't add an email to my element account without a password. I'm thinking this is just a limitation of leveraging my infosec.exchange login and want to confirm before I deactivate the connected account and just create a fresh account.
