@InfiniteHench hah yes I saw. Also I hope I’m not Mandela effecting the sound, I swear it was bad news at some point and then got changed. But a quick search didn’t bring up anything to corroborate me so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@InfiniteHench D2 launch Graviton Lance was also very different and very difficult to listen to especially in headphones, don’t remember when but they changed it and it’s much better now.
@68000 Responding so I can find you again, I do quite a good bit solo, but there’s just those things not worth the time investment to get done alone.
@support Oh nice! Not a problem, that looks like all I needed. Thanks Jerry!
@support Hello! I hope you can clarify some things regarding element.infosec.exchange. When I initially created my Matrix account I chose the 'use infosec.excange' option. This logs in successfully. It seems as if this auth option doesn't have a password, and any setting changes that require a password to edit doesn't succeed with my infosec.exchange password. If I forgot I created a password and didn't record it, I can't send a password reset email, because it doesn't recognize my infosec.excange email as a valid reset email, but I can't add an email to my element account without a password. I'm thinking this is just a limitation of leveraging my infosec.exchange login and want to confirm before I deactivate the connected account and just create a fresh account. I appreciate these spaces you maintain for us! Thanks much!
@jerry beep boop
@joshhunt granted it’s been a minute since I’ve tried, and I never really got deep into basic api calls in my learning. But I had a destiny web app idea and it died on the vine cause I never found a straightforward guide on accessing the destiny api. I’d certainly read something like that!
@zak interesting note about the 99s: the metal supports that run over your head connect to the earcups in such a non isolated way that if you manage to brush or knock those supports it causes a unexpectedly loud noise inside the cups that is startling. Not a dealbreaker, but I always have to be careful if I start moving around while wearing mine cause it always manages to spook me when it happens. +1 to look into any flavor of Beyerdynamics headphones that fit your budget as well.
@kmccoy so interesting
@SirTapTap do you have any non-WP FOSS recommendations for this that I can just run in docker and host myself?
