Oh but you did. Inaction IS an action. You voted to “agree with the decisions of those who did choose to vote”. This is a fact, whether you like it or not, and therefore you personally worked against the interests of those actually being genocided.

If you cared about the people being genocided, and one power available to you is to attempt to stop the party that will do the worse geocoding in (and wants to destroy democracy so you’ll have even less power to stop them in the future), and you don’t do that, then you willingly aided in making that genocide worse. Facts.
False premise, no one claimed it was a viable solution to fix the underlying issues. The thing is, once you let a country be overrun by despots, you’ll NEVER fix the underlying issues, so that’s priority number 1.
