Like many other computer graphics people, I always liked fractals. Drawing a Mandelbrot set is one of the first things I do in any new programming language.
Last night I suddenly remembered one #fractal generator I never implemented! Iterated function systems. So I finally did! I think it is very nice to look at and is related to the wonderfully named Collage Theorem :)

I am sad to report that the recently viral German numbers as low-discrepancy sequence does not generalize too well 😔 After 100, you get kinda sparse repeating structures. I guess, that is to be expected, but would have been fun if it was different...

Saw a tweet over on the hellsite about a small arkanoid adjacent coding project, where two balls are assigned colors, move around and flip hit tiles to that color. This seemed like a fun sunday project, so I made something like that with a variable number of balls. You can see it here: https://sibaku.github.io/evenly_matched_opponents
