#support To clarify my previous msg., I can't log in with a 2FA text to my mobile because there does not appear to be a place in my profile to provide my mobile no. Alternatively, I can't use Authenticator because I need the set-up code to set it up and I can't get a set-up code from this site as long as it is enabled in pref. I also can't disable 2FA without an Authenticator code. So I am stuck using a recovery # which is not at all how this should be designed. Can I get some assistance please?

#support having some trouble. Logging in asks me for 2FA which is fine. But you don't have my phone #. And I need to log in using a recovery #. Then, in order to set up use of authenticator I need to enter a code from the authenticator which is not yet set up to disable 2FA so I can then go back through the process of setting up the authenticator. So I either need a way to connect my phone for SMS or a way to get a code to re-setup the authenticator. Help.
