Content moderation must be consistent to ensure free speech for all. But the exemptions for self-declared media content in the EU’s Media Freedom Act will only lead to arbitrary outcomes.
We already fought and won this battle with the DSA.

@jrconlin No but they're premium scratch tickets, if I remember correctly. They're like €25 and the minimum payout is €12.
TBH it's unclear under which jurisdiction do these scratch tickets fall. I wouldn't be surprised if the lottery license was obtained in some European gambling paradise like Malta or Jersey island.
