@rlfb Well deserved! Every time I hear people discuss Liquid Glass, I think of how you have really nailed it, showcasing the real value of what can be done with the new interface styles, regardless of folks’ opinions about glass’s aesthetics (though it looks brilliant as well).

I believe I brought up a similar thing years ago when Apple introduced dark mode and the emoji picker icon (a smiley face) gained a second version to retain a “light” face regardless of which mode you were in. Apologists at the time said it was because of the teeth (which are a detail you can omit from this icon, so that’s not a good argument). This isn’t the first time.

But hey, if the argument is that the cursor should be inverted from the normal cursor color, then just make it a glove. Hm?

@Iconfactory Absolutely love the new quicklinks. I’ve got a mute set on Bluesky and Mastodon that is just the wildcard “*”, which means I now have quick links for All Feeds (minus social), social feeds (without mutes applied), and marked items… Immediately one of the best setups for any reading app I’ve had. Thanks as always!
