Prince Edward Islander with a camera.
Greater yellowlegs strutting around in a tidal pool at Norris Point, NL, hunting for a snack. #birds #birdwatching #BirdsOfNewfoundland #GrosMorne
The white-throated sparrows really liked hanging out in the raspberry thicket surrounding one of our campsites in Newfoundland. This one was probably 3 feet away from our fire pit.

Taken at Notre Dame Provincial Park, near Gander, NF.

After years of talking about it I finally bought a telephoto lens (55-300mm) for my Nikon D3100 DSLR. Snapped a few pictures on our trip to Newfoundland, including this odd duck I can't identify. Probably a mallard hybrid, based on it swimming and flocking with a bunch of other mallards.
A few pics of Nigel in a field outside New Glasgow today, after he was stung by a bee but before I realized it. His front leg is swollen in the last photo. (He's fine, just accident prone lately)
Happy setting day! We went out to Beach Point in PEI this morning, but were a bit late for catching the boats leaving the wharf. There are boats in these photos but way off on the horizon. #SettingDay #lobster #PrinceEdwardIsland
My sole overwintering carnivorous survivor, a tiny butterwort, enjoying the early spring light. Along with some happy sphagnum moss that I didn't even know was alive.

My phone's camera (Samsung A53 5G) really kind of mutilated the colours here, I should try again with a real camera.
Took Nigel out to the beach at Tea Hill, near Stratford, Prince Edward Island.
This spider built a web amongst my mini patio roses, and made itself a good target for my Olympus VR-350's "super macro" setting.
We took Nigel to Belfast Tulips on the holiday Monday this week.
