“The perfect bumper sticker doesn’t ex-…”
Hi. Please play this amazing JND color game my friend Keith made and see how good you/your displays are at differentiating between similar colors. https://www.keithcirkel.co.uk/whats-my-jnd/?r=filmgirl
What's My JND?

Find your Just Noticeable Difference in colour perception. How small a colour difference can you actually see?

I had so much fun in London last year that I’ll once again be on #GitHub booth duty some of the time at #KubeCon in #Amsterdam.

Even better, if you want a chill hangout on the Monday of KubeWeek, I’m helping run the drop-in https://luma.com/githubsocialclub-amsterdam.

I was getting a bit twitchy at not having any travel booked for the month of March. So I booked a 6am flight. 🙈

GitHub Social Club: Amsterdam · Luma

GitHub Social Club: Amsterdam is a chill, hangout for devs, builders, and anyone who loves shipping and breaking things. No agenda, no pitch - just good…

“GitHub is slow.”
“GitHub is using too much AI.”
“There’s too much spam on GitHub and they’re doing nothing about it.”

I consider it personal growth that it no longer feels like a punch in the gut when people criticize the thing I work on. I legit used to cry sometimes, “well actually” try to justify things, and want to fix everything because “oh no, people hate me”.

But they don’t hate *me*, I am not my job and I now ascribe less of my self-worth to it, because life is more than work.

🎉😌

Thank you so much to @kake for a very thoughtful care package. ❤️ The bus stickers on the packaging! The lovely scent of cinnamon! 🥹
#Crossplay, anyone? I’m a little bit obsessed now, even though I’m still quite bad at it. https://nytimes.onelink.me/B892/xu7z9u3c
Download the Crossplay app

Go word to word in Crossplay, a 2-player game from New York Times Games designed for friendly competition and social connection.

Feeling like I need to do a code-related creative thing. In reality I probably need to rest, but resting is SO BORING!
With some friends. We’re all sat on the sofa playing Crossplay with each other. They say the mark of good friendship is being OK with silence, right?
@mikechislett heyo, went to questors tonight with friends who also volunteer there and thought of you as the name of the theatre rang a bell!
