PSA: DST is a week away, you can start migrating your alarm today!
Just thought I’d remind those of us who are gonna be jumping an hour forward next week. I hate having to wake up an hour earlier all of a sudden so I quicken my alarm gradually to adjust. Just a few minutes earlier each morning until I’ve reached an hour earlier than usual. Then when DST rolls around I just flip it back to the original time.
Made Pitas last night, first attempt at baking (with yeast) since home-ed

Will probably add more salt next time (but we’re salt fiends) Finally, don’t have a pizza steel/stone so just used an upside down ceramic at 245-250°C Also, sorry, only snapped this one pic when I saw it blow up. Sadly, once baked every single one got devoured before another pic could capture the crumb.
