Interestingly, according to the Economist a survey conducted in mid-2022 found that 86% of Ukrainians had volunteered in some way to support the war effort and there has been an eight-fold increase in the number of registered charities since the start of the war.

as a social entrepreneurship they work with reform sector organizations, as a classic recruiting agency - they work with various commercial outfits including emerging Ukrainian tech enterprises. One helps the other.

What’s more impressive is that Lobby X is hiring for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Currently, they work with 60 different units and brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and they recruited at least 1,000 soldiers. They had more than 16,000 applications. 🇺🇦💪

One of the reasons why Ukraine resists so bravely is a proactive and broad civil society. Sometimes people volunteer independently, sometimes there are whole organizations that have a huge impact. One such company is Lobby X - a human capital platform with a unique business model combining two approaches:
