It's built using Llama Index (pka GPT-Index) and the brand new ChatGPT API on a cloud function.

It's been a long time coming, but the book is almost here.

It's roughly 600 pages of some of what I know about Information Retrieval, natural language processing, how to build a simple search engine in node or python, and SEO.

We'll see how long it is after editing tho.

We are at 60k words.

Allegedly, 20k more to go, but I still have a lot of sections that I haven't started.

Either way, this book is gonna be done in 12 days.

Amit Singhal's work prior to Google is fascinating in that it gives some insight into how he influenced Google when he ran Search.

This is fascinating, but it's also like watching the Imitation Game because a better solution is so obvious now.
