I commented on a Mastodon issue regarding supporting multiple domains.

I think this can be super important for making users' identities independent of the instances they connect to, and can be part of a seamless user migration strategy.

How does Mute work?

If I block someone, I can see them under Blocked Users and unblock them if I want. (I assume, haven't actually done that.)

But if I mute someone, is that on a timer? I don't see where I would unmute them.

For a long time I've been enamored with the RFC-led style of governance that Rust-lang uses.
