I'm relatively new to Mastodon, so largely sending this out into the ether... but does anyone have any recommendations regarding starter cameras for beginning nature #photography that also works well for night time lighting?

1) Cloud and captcha are temporary while the attacks are still ongoing
2) Donation forms down. Do not donate to scammers impersonating AO3
3) Temporarily disabled the Support & Feedback form and the Policy Questions & Abuse Reports page due to spam (part of the attack)
4) New invitation requests for accounts on AO3 turned off temporarily

In other news, I don't see this brought up here (in my tl) but #AO3 is fighting a DDoS right now.
And some asshole who's probably not the actual attacker is trying to hold the site hostage for Bitcoin.
Dude... it's a non-profit plateform...They don't have money for you.
And anyway, "I'll be clear right now, it is practically impossible to mitigate our DDoS attack", what are you a cartoon villain ?
