I’d recommend trying any methods that don’t require a pressure cooker. Your best bet is uncle ben’s or broke boy tek.
VitaminX is an admin. They were a known good uploader.
If you followed proper sterile procedures, used a SAB, and if you got the MSS from a reputable source, it’s not uncommon. Congrats! I always wait for the mycelium to colonize the top of the agar before making transfers
