the real question is "would you eat me if i was salami"

this abbey was built by some guy loyal to William the Conqueror (later I'm p sure that he became unloyal...as you do in the 1000s) because reasons idk they also built 2 castles in the city to ensure their power is known etc etc

then in the 1500s Henry the 8th dissolved monasteries and abbeys, and this abbey was shut down and now in the big year of 2025 it looks like this

unfortunate that Henry 8 happened but at least we got some cool ruins out of it

Folklore in Hoxton, London ❤️
saw Josie Edwards live, probably my favourite show I've seen so far (only three though, about to be 4 in April unless someone else comes to the UK)

the venue was so pretty and josie was AMAZING live, and met everyone afterwards. very good experience

these all taken with my new phone i got over the weekend, which I'm happy to find out is actually quite good for photos
