while I’m bummed out that Air Canada cancelled my Montreal-Detroit flight this morning and sent me to Toronto instead, I do appreciate being bumped up to business class for the last leg this evening. I guess it’s a game of inches.

my recollection might be fuzzy but twenty years ago someone that I was told was Josh Matlow showed up with a bullhorn and staged a one-man protest during a province-wide power blackout at the Ontario New Democratic Youth convention, ranting that everyone there was an unhinged radical and calling for abolition of ontario’s labour party for causing Liberal Party losses.
