A reminder to consider parking your car away from trees today!
This is how close my partner's car was to becoming a metal pancake in the last major ice storm of April 2023. Half a tree literally booped his car.
Josie Long's "Now is the time of Monsters" show is absolutely bloody brilliant. If you need a little bit of renewed hope, and a good laugh with a bright, powerful, leftist comedian, get your arse in gear because tickets were almost as extinct as the megatherium.

This week my cat jumped from our 3rd story window and went missing for 72 hours.
We found her yesterday, and after emergency vet evaluation, it looks like she is going to be okay.
All that to say: work and life can wait,
I love my cat.
