There are two problems with trying to get help from Xfinity. The first is finding their customer service phone number (it's nowhere on their site; you have to Google it). The second is getting the automated service to connect you with a living person (much more difficult than it sounds).

Note: screaming "Fuck you!" at the Xfinity automated service will cause the machine to hang up on you.
