FYI, Lenovo M720q Tinys (can) use the same DDR4-2666 SODIMMs as the M700. Of course, the M700 can't run Windows 11, so... they make both great Linux boxes, and a relatively inexpensive source for RAM upgrades.
I mean honestly Adobe, what the heck are you installing with Acrobat Reader that it takes longer than Google Chrome?
It's way past time to replace Adobe Reader with something else, right? Unfortunately, clients are still asking for Reader. Sometimes I just leave Edge as the default PDF reader, it's that bad.
No Adobe, I didn't want McAfee and I don't want Adobe Express Photos. Stop forcing software from Acrobat Reader. Geesh.

CBC News expands in Hamilton with new morning audio program, podcast | CBC News

CBC News is announcing an expansion of our local news service in Hamilton, in the form of a live audio morning show, available on HD radio and other digital platforms, and a weekly podcast to be added to the existing digital news offered by the station.

CBC
CBC will be launching a #HamOnt radio morning show later this year, over the air on HD 99.1-2 (using an HD channel from their Toronto transmitter) plus online and via their app. The morning show will include local community talk, weather, traffic, etc. and I assume it will be produced out of their office at James St N.

This is cute. Get the CBS News Radio ringtones (mp3 files of their top of the hour) from the source, before they end up on archive.org

I love how they suggest to contact them if you need a different sound format.

Tired of your old, boring ringtone? Take CBS News Radio with you by using our Top of the Hour jingle.

I've resorted to Kijiji and Poshmark to acquire used (and new, apparently!) Asus RT-AC68U routers. Mainly to flash the firmware. They are tanks + I personally don't care if you have a 3GB fibre now and need a "faster" router, or have upgraded to a mesh network. Thanks for flooding the airwaves with your hidden back channels and good luck with that.

What else do people reliably use to install DD-WRT or FreshTomato these days? Do most just not do that anymore?

It's not much of a gas war at these prices, but the #HamOnt Esso at UGage/Stone Church and Pioneer on Rymal seem to both be inching closer to ~1.49/L. Pioneer is an additional -10c/L weekend promo on their Journie app if you're inclined to use it.
