Deep in autistic burnout. Had to have a conversation with wife about endless people-pleasing. This is a brief window of lucidity so I'm marking it down. Otherwise my thoughts and emotions are scattered, almost dissociative experiences. I've lost ability to walk. Can't even tell most of what's happening, was hoping to log it here. Proprioception is haywire. Any body sense feels like it's alien to me. Glad of current clarity. Losing it at moment. Going to find game to absorb self in.

I didn't stay to look long, but the huddling of baby bats is one of the best things I have ever seen in my life. I will protect my bats, and ensure the maternity ward remains a safe place to be.
Today I saw a bunch of baby bats in our local maternity ward, which I'd rather not have disturbed but was a beautiful sight. I was looking for wasp nests, which didn't matter much to the pissed mothers despite my explanation. Meanwhile in our shed, a hornets' nest had been set up in the wooden beams, and a wasps' nest had been made right next to it inside a chest of drawers. So happy times and nightmare fuel all in a day.
I know math questions should be worded to imply their usefulness in day-to-day life, but why are they always "You are bartering for a turnip"

Dial of Destiny is underrated. I did watch Crystal Skull before it, which does make anything seem good - but Dial deserves more attention and praise than it's getting. Enjoyable from start to finish.

The Twitter home feed's been down for most of this morning. Even though nothing loads, the Twitter website never stops trying and trying.
In the first video, notice the error message that I'm being rate limited. Then notice the jiggling scrollbar on the right.
The second video shows why it's jiggling. Twitter is firing off about 10 requests a second to itself to try and fetch content that never arrives because Elon's latest genius innovation is to block people from being able to read Twitter without logging in.
This likely created some hellish conditions that the engineers never envisioned and so we get this comedy of errors resulting in the most epic of self-owns, the self-DDOS.
Unbelievable. It's amateur hour.

The Queen is gone, but we had two dozen or so sleepy bees waking up wondering where everyone else had gone, and now I think we're clear. No bees harmed. It needs to rain though. Nice cool cavity in the wall, right next to the water source of our sink drain, cannot blame them for trying.
