Trump just filed his opening brief in the immunity appeal in DC circuit court of appeal.
It's late but I just had to start reading (morbid curiosity)
Paragraph #1: He tells the court that if he can be indicted there will be no end to it. Presidents will be indicted for decades! It will be a parade of horribles!
(Assumption: This is a purely political.)
#2 is the doozy.
Basically, Dear Court: You have no power to sit in judgment of MEEEE.
It's laughably absurd.

It may be a relatively small gesture, but IBM's halt in advertising on the deadbird site is still progress.
Meanwhile, Musk gets more and more vile, as he uses his platform to boost right-wing extremism. He hates journalism, and he amplifies enemies of democracy.
Yet journalists continue to pour their work into that poisonous place, thereby directly supporting his business.
Shame won't change their minds, obviously. I'm at a loss to know what will.

I’m not sure what’s more depressing
The fact a Supreme Court justice can be bought so easily
The fact that many people have access to Clarence Thomas on his “paid vacations”
The fact we have to multiply that by at least 38
Or the fact that it’s basically only one news organization that’s has been investigating this rampant corruption
The fullest accounting yet shows how Thomas has secretly reaped the benefits from a network of wealthy and well-connected patrons that is far more extensive than previously understood.
