Finally deleted my twitter account after leaving it tombstoned. Glad to be rid of that tire fire, sad I’ll lose access to public service announcements. Wish USDS would run a .gov Mastodon for this sort of thing.
I really wish mastodon had an option to have a separate timeline view for followed people and followed hashtags. I like to see both but don’t want the tags drowning out the people I follow.

I’ve have been working in infosec for about 18 years as a software engineer. Often working alongside threat researchers. Building things including analyst tooling, automated threat detection, large scale data analytics and infrastructure. Love solving tricky problems and the variety of challenges infosec brings.

Outside of work I enjoy family time, books, photography, travel, and food among other things. Glad to join this away from the noise of the birdsite.
