I just tried to edit part of the OG Xbox emulator on the 360 to make Crazy Taxi 3 not lag, found a cool graphical glitch on xefu1_1.xex and xefu2.xex. All the glossy metal surfaces (fare meter, gear, ready-set-go text etc) appear as a flat grey color. Left image is emu.

Got bored and decided to make a tool for Harmonix games from 2007-2011. Currently you can give params and it will generate code to put into the games .dta script files. I want to eventually to be able to export as the file itself.
i figured out how to change fonts in rock band 3 after a method was found to create text
found the bytes that seem to point to the chart. these are the first different bytes out of the songs, replaced the "header" with one from the beta's panic attack chart and it produced some shit. easy worked, medium and hard crashed, expert got ingame but didnt load any tracks and softlocked. i changed the left column of bytes to all be the same and now all difficulties aside from easy all load the expert chart
Just got a -10 on Cult of Personality on guitar hero 3, i hit everything and missed on the slow bit at the end of the solo
accidentally made Wide Band 3
