Trump also feels that he has the right to declare any pardons null and void, especially Biden's. So, just on his word, he can declare anyone an illegal alien and 'deport' you to El Salvadoran prisons where there is no protection, no law, no justice, and no return. Trump and his oligarchs are seizing power. We need to stop them.

If this fails, we are in uncharted and dangerous territory. We as a nation will no longer be legal. The Trump regime will be operating extralegally, and we as citizens no longer have any legal way to influence or control our government. THIS IS A BIG DEAL! Unless we and the courts get control back now, it's all outside the law from here.

1/ We have passed an inflection point in US history that will show up in the history books. It's subtle, but important. The Trump regime has willfully and knowingly ignored a Federal court order. This is a complete and obvious violation of our Constitution, our governmental checks and balances, our history, and our tradition.
The next inflection point is whether the Judicial and Legislative branches can enforce this court order, or that Trump has established that the courts no longer matter.

@troy_frizzell @jaykuo It's important to remember that the Repub 'they' has at least two parts: the rich elite with one agenda, and the poor rank-and-file with a separate agenda. The rich lie to the poor, who choose/are manipulated to believe to further both agendas. At this point, truth and accuracy isn't a part of either agenda, which causes problems for everyone. But there are fracture points and places to break their alliance, even if we don't agree with either agenda.
