Local cross country race this morning with both surfaces; runny slippery mud and thick cloying mud. Pleased to have stayed upright
#runningClub XC race - just under 6 miles of mud and slowest I've done it 😟
Just spent 10 seconds with the Dyson filter in my hand wondering whether I could run it under the tap. Then I saw it 🫣
One poached egg or two? Always a tricky decision. Today I decided two, which was handy as one slid off the spoon onto the floor between pan and toast 😔
Finally managed a 3 mile run where nothing hurt and I didn't feel like death.
