Face à la vague inédite de déprogrammations, à l’instar de l’exposition de Bastien Vivès, auteur de BD visé par une enquête pour diffusion d’images pédopornographiques, l’Observatoire de la liberté de création publie une tribune dans Libération "Déprogrammer une œuvre est un renoncement, pas un acte de courage" et rappelle que seul le juge peut restreindre la liberté de diffusion.
