Anyone else find that when you get a new cut/colour ppl feel the need to express themselves over your last one?
Eg "You looked like a troll from a swamp where hair's cut using incisor teeth and cheese wire but I didn't want to tell you"
Why is this? And how can it not be a thing?
I started my day in the garden, enjoying a sunbeam and sipping my cup of tea with next door's cats smooching my feet...
I could hear cackling from the house but didn't think anything of it and then walked in to find that my WRITING BANANA has been TURGIDLY ANTHROPOMORPHISED!

I have no idea who this floof is but she just flounced through the window of our airbnb and sat on my lap and started purring mightily. Tony's just informed me that her eyes are wide open and that she is most definitely aware that I am now her hostage.
Todays episode of "We just moved to New Zealand" far surpassed expectations.
In between running around, flapping our tiny tyrannosaurus arms while buying house things after living out of suitcases for 5 years, we spotted a lady in her fabulous years wearing a rainbow beanie, riding on a mobility scooter featuring a "God Loves Fags" bumper sticker, passing an elderly people's home while giving it the finger. She then turned the scooter around, did another pass and then rode off over a hill obviously victorious in the knowledge that her mission was accomplished.
Meanwhile the radio in the basket of her scooter played Elton John's "Tiny Dancer".
If I was a superstitious person I'd be saying this was a sign and a portent. Of what? Who knows! But I love this woman and hope she lives to a thousand.
