#Dyslexic (a lot of typos). I like playing #contract_bridge, reading #crime_fiction, and #travelling. On top of that, drinking #coffee with friends

but still you don't know it for sure... or at that time, the most ppl might be on Bluesky.social and they may be unwilling to mitigate to another server...
@Gargron @atomicpoet @ChrisPirillo I think that it trumps on complexity. For newcomers, Mastodon (and similar federated apps) are more complex (basically, in terms of choosing a server, trying to find contacts, etc).

@atomicpoet

Apart from the UI and some features (quotes, markdown, reactions, etc) I don’t see any major difference.

If you want simplicity/minimalism you go for mastodon. If you want more fancy (and more feature) staff you go for calckey

@godofbiscuits

@atomicpoet @godofbiscuits #Calckey is a feature-rich mastodon
@atomicpoet @HughWRoberts05 That’s an utopia
@atomicpoet @koen @kevin That’s my hunch

@atomicpoet @koen I cannot speak for himself but I believe that he mentions mastodon.social because he knows for sure that new features are implemented.

That means that there might be other instances that rapidly adapt new features but you could never know

I would love to see some of the "big" scientific organisations (e.g., #NASA) to join #Fediverse

@hankg I try to avoid using TestFlight... (actually, I think I am done with alpha/beta experimentation)
@atomicpoet @kainoa @here I understand that! I guess that for them (mods) was a kind of surprise to see that traffic
