Thank you for your interest! Since demand for the $25 Community Tickets has exceeded supply, we are using this waitlist to distribute the final tranche of tickets as equitably as possible. How it works: - Use the form below to join the Gala Community Ticket waitlist before 8pm CDT Thursday, 19 March 2026. - 50% of tickets will be assigned via random lottery where all waitlist submissions have one entry. - 50% of tickets will be assigned via a weighted lottery based on Drupal contribution credits based on the profile and username provided (optional). Each submission will have a minimum of one entry and a maximum of 5 entries, based on their number of contribution credits. - Selection Date: Those selected in the lottery will be notified on Friday, 20 March 2026. - The 24-Hour Rule: If selected, you will have 24 hours to claim and pay for your ticket via Zeffy. Unclaimed tickets will be released to the next person on the list after 24 hours and your code will no longer be valid. Note: No Drupal 25th Anniversary Gala tickets will be sold at the door. All attendees must have a valid Zeffy registration ticket for admission to the Gala.

@rachel @mikemccaffrey Hi Rachel - As you well know, DrupalCon location commitments are made by DA staff well over a year in advance. We are all doing what we can to make the best of a bad situation.
As for the gala, that is being organized completely independently of the Drupal Association. It is designed to be a community celebration, not a corporate event. Hopefully, the European community will organize a celebration in Rotterdam; if so, I'll see you there!
@mikemccaffrey I'm one of the folks helping to organize the gala. It has always been our goal to make the event as welcoming and accessible as possible, which is why we've made available a $25 Community ticket underwritten by the event's sponsors for those who cannot afford the full $125 cost.
We also have a quiet room with tables where folks can play board games and have conversations.
Our goal is to make this a true community celebration, and we'd love to see you there!
