Listening to some #goose 1.0 today, found what may be the last occurrence of Rick saying “Wiltonian” in Jive I. One of the only examples I’ve heard in the Peter era. Boulder, 1/31/2019. Any known others? I’m working my way through 2019…will report back with more info as I obtain it.

Note to self: 9/13/23 Time to Flee jam needs another listen. Some really cool transitions going on that did not sound like a typical #goose jam. A little Island vibe, they shifted themes together very well, almost sounded planned. If not planned, it’s one of the best listening exercises I’ve heard them do.

So I’m still catching up on #goose summer tour. This 7/6 Portland show is really strong, specifically the Hot Tea through Madhuvan. Where do we stand on this Madhuvan?? It’s one of the better jams I’ve heard from a Madhuvan in like…ever? The mid section starting at about 7:30- is an glorious. Love the Floydian “Any Colour You Like” vibes. This is A++++ for me. Are people appreciating this one? I’m on listen #5 already.
