Can we talk about how frustrating it is to track packages with FedEx? I mean, seriously, why is it so hard to get accurate and up-to-date information on where your package is?

I've been waiting for a package for what feels like forever, and now finally it's updated to "in transit" but when I check the website the tracking number it just tells me the label was made.

I live in Minnesota, it's "in transit" and the last update was somewhere in Illinois. If UPS and USPS can do this properly why can't you FedEx.

@Dark_phoenix Mondays, right? Nobody's ever really ready for them. We try to prep on Sundays, make lists and all, but come Monday morning, it's like we forgot everything.

@triciakickssaas I genuinely don't see the reason to go "above and beyond", you hired me to do specific tasks — unless you're increasing my pay, it's pretty logical to ask "why should I do this?"
