Can we talk about how frustrating it is to track packages with FedEx? I mean, seriously, why is it so hard to get accurate and up-to-date information on where your package is?

I've been waiting for a package for what feels like forever, and now finally it's updated to "in transit" but when I check the website the tracking number it just tells me the label was made.

I live in Minnesota, it's "in transit" and the last update was somewhere in Illinois. If UPS and USPS can do this properly why can't you FedEx.
