Sometimes app authors bug me with annoying design decisions.
Today's example: the Toast app that often ties in with restaurant POS systems. In the past year and a half, two such restaurants in my wallet have closed, but there's no indication of such in the app itself. They appear like they can still be used, even if nothing's doing in them anymore. Heck, it will even take you to an ordering screen in some case.
Their automated help is useless, to paraphrase, "Just delete your loyalty with them in the app." Umm... you could just make it more evident that they've closed (you know they've closed as they aren't paying you anymore) but you do nothing.
And there's no easy way to tell them this is stupid, and they should feel bad.
