An #introduction I guess? I’m ass at writing these because I’m not particularly interesting.

I’m a SOC analyst and a part-time uni student, studying a BSc in IT & Computing with a focus on Networking and Communications Technology. I’m into DFIR and security education.

I previously ran a project on the bird site for the BTS fandom, ARMY, that offered tech and security education for free. I’d given career advice, helped people figure out their own academic pathways, assisted with malware infections, and helped to dispel FUD in various events that have happened in the three years I ran the project.

I’m a polyglot and currently learning Korean because I plan to emigrate there in the next decade. I trained as a jazz singer and as a chef at separate times in my life, and I really nerd out at how things come to be: doesn’t matter if it’s tech, recipes, words - I like origin stories and seeing how things are shaped by society and time.

I’m not a fan of long walks on the beach, especially in the current weather.
