naturism has taught me to give myself more grace and space TO JUST BE!

all bodies, mine included, should be loved and celebrated.

move because it feels good, not because you have to "stay fit" -- I've heard that from the happiest people I know at gym/sport i.e. they are lifelong movers -- it's not about lifting weights only, it's about doing fun things like walking with friends or your puppy and going to dance classes for the fun of it.

and when you are naked, you feel vital and alive because you breathed deeply and know you took care of yourself physically that it matters not who sees you or how you are perceived: you know for yourself you did right by you.
