SO i know it's been a hot minute but guess what I avoided those in the prototype and then the team added them back in and then spent over a year trying to clean up the fucking mess of having done so!
WELCOME BACK TO SPACE, ME
Sorry I've not been in space much, I've been on a much less professional-ish account. <3
God, I could do this if I wanted to be an actual monster and have 20 synchronous XHR requests. That's what I'm trying to AVOID though, and it feels like this has to be possible somehow.
Okay, no, this doesn't actually work, so here's the other great question, why the heck did it work a minute ago??? How on earth do I do this? :|
Should I tag known JS developers in a response to that so I can get kicked off the island?? I have no idea if this is terrible of me or not.
Am I a monster if I create exports inside the final processing of a Promise, in Javascript?
It.. seems to work in Firefox but I don't believe I've seen anything of someone doing this and it makes me concerned that I might be a monster.
"This material would otherwise have been very depressing and stressful but you absolutely made my week with how you approached it."
I'm actually proud of that.
I had someone, out of the blue, compliment me on a training video that I did a few months back. Well, it was a recording of a training I gave. Regardless. It felt good.
I have tons of extraneous code loaded onto every page because it's impossible to say what needs it because of our UI system. This just... fixes everything though.
