I’ve been given my citizenship in
the land of knowledge…
AKA. I’ve joined the library.
Been at the doctors this morning (I have an excellent GP). Fifteen years ago I was diagnosed with bipolar and I now go for regular check ins just to discuss medication levels etc. Everything’s ticking along nicely, but she did suggest more exercise and to cut back on the alcohol.
The deal is - when Mrs-F and myself go shopping, we have to stop somewhere for a pint afterwards….
