@hacks4pancakes that happened to me as well! Somebody sent me a Zelle payment that I didn’t recognize and then marked it as fraudulent. I called the bank’s fraud department and their customer service at least 5 times. Not only did they not let me do transfers, they completely locked me out of my account!

@arstechnica and yet, thousands of businesses and government agencies continue to use Okta without second thought. Security is only as good as its weakest link and the times that customer support folks were tricked into giving away their login data is ridiculous. I don’t think I’m going out on a limb here if I assume that these were poorly paid contractors who clicked through the mandatory security trainings to get them over with.
