@neilthurman Numbers are important, but often politicans, journalists, polices used pourcentage without the numbers link to the pourcentage, which is just a manipulation, since pourcentage without the related numbers means nothing!
@alfiekohn That is absolutely true, but you need a government that will be willing to subsidize individuals who don't have money so they can choose the education that they want. I presume in USA, forget it. In most of the province in Canada, forget it too. I was lucky enough to be in a province of Canada where they subsidize me.

They were teaching hate against Black people and First Nations and they want to be free to do this again! But they are for free speech, their speech of hate!!!
