I love sandbox games, and watching YouTube and Doctor Who all day XD

For hobbies: I make music, software, and 3D models/animations. I also draw and make horror games sometimes.

@internetarchive People can wait. Thank you lot for singlehandedly preserving hundreds of games and websites!! I did not realize how much I use the archive until it went offline xD
DDoSing is technically illegal, so hopefully the people behind the attack get caught cause there's no way they just attack a community-ran archival project and get away with it

@MikeGO what was the 2nd shader used for? I'm guessing something parallax occlusion related?
also I wonder if the performance is better or worse with a custom lighter shader compared to the baked in standard materials

Did you make an over-all master shader as a replacement for StandardMaterial3d or did you only make a custom shader for a select amount of objects?

If you happen to still have a Twitter account you haven't deleted, be aware that Musk has announced the block feature is changing so that people you've blocked can be shown your posts:

A suggestion: Especially if your Twitter account is dormant, just take it private. This will prevent block-ees from seeing your posts even if Musk makes the change he threatens. (You may also want to download your archive so you can continue to search your own post history.)

X will let people you’ve blocked see your posts

Elon Musk announced that X will no longer prevent the people you’ve blocked from seeing your posts. They still won’t be able to interact with your content, however.

#introduction Kind of forgot to introduce myself so here i am!

Hi I'm Floof! your local nerdy trans girl!
(I'm also almost 17, i have a heck ton of anxiety, and kinda suck at socializing if it's relevant-)

I love VR (tho i am still working on getting a headset), learning new stuff, playing sandbox games, and watching horror let's play YouTubers like Dawko and CoryXKenshin! -- I also love Doctor Who (2003 series, currently watching season 3), and I'm very much procrastinating watching the 2nd Saw movie XD

In terms of skills and weird stuff i can do: I make music, 3D models/animations, as well as open-source software, (I also make games from time to time tho i kinda suck at it XD)

-- I mostly joined Mastodon because of how "I am going to get shot" Twitter makes me feel, and because I've always used Discord to meet new people (and it's almost always ended up in a toxic friendship) and people seem nicer here XD

also because of the absurdly tiny character limit, like seriously, only 280 characters?? (i only now just noticed Mastodon has like a 3000 character limit- that's a lot of letters- too many letters- tho the post-posting box is absolutely tiny on this instance-)

I am not sure what I'm going to be posting here, or if I'm going to be posting at all (since I've never touched or learnt much about Mastodon before, it's a bit spoopy).
