It’s absolutely true that AI is reducing jobs, but not like you think. AI is not *doing* those jobs instead of people, AI speculation is redirecting *investment* away from job-creating businesses to capital-intensive businesses.
They ahould make a realistic version of Assetto Corsa Rally where your co-driver is realistically responding to your driving going "oh no no FUCK FUCK FUCK what the FUCK ARE YOU DOING" in abject terror.

The FDA won’t tell Americans where their generic drugs are made, so ProPublica did it instead.

Use information from your prescription label to locate the factory and see if the plant has a history of inspection violations:

Where Was My Generic Prescription Drug Made? - Rx Inspector - ProPublica

a statement from Waterfox team:

"... browsers are operating systems of their own, and a browser’s job is to be a good steward of that environment. AI, in its current form and in my opinion does not match that responsibility.

... The core browsing experience should be one that fully puts the user in control, not one where you’re constantly monitoring an inscrutable system that claims to be helping you.

Waterfox will not include LLMs. Full stop."

Mozilla's pivot to AI first browsing raises fundamental questions about what a browser should be.

The argument shouldn't be:
"I don't have anything to hide, so you can surveil me,"

Instead, it should be:
"I don't have anything to hide, so you shouldn't surveil me."

The first video game to include llamas was Atari's "Hunt and Score" for the Atari VCS. It was released in October 1978.

"The administration was also caught inserting a decades-old, publicly available photograph of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross into the Epstein materials, with faces redacted to imply the presence of underage victims. In reality, the photo shows Ross with her own children at a fundraiser, entirely unrelated to Epstein."

I think #metroidvania was cute and clever when it was a wry but affectionate poke occasionally used for maybe a handful of games. As a widespread name for a prolific genre, I think it's fairly awful.
When people say "Trump urgently needs to be [redacted]" these marks all over the Epstein files are not at all what they mean. And yet it's exactly the kind of thing they're talking about.
