Reached out to my local MSP, Kenneth Gibson, to extend my disappointment in him voting against the Gender Reform Bill. His sanctimonious reply included such classics as “TERF is an offensive term itself” and the usual transphobe dog-whistle “oh but men in women’s prison”. Needless to say, we don’t need these bigoted, vile viewpoints anywhere near Scottish politics. #snp #transphobia @SNP
